Tammie is a proven executive leader in strategic consulting and advisory services. As a Vice President of Organizational Change Management, Tammie is responsible for both sales and delivery of client programs as well as defining new market offerings. Although Tammie holds her PhD in Strategic Management, she has complimented her working knowledge with over two decades of implementation experience, ensuring that solutions are execution-oriented, not just theoretical. In her 25 years of consulting, Tammie has focused on complex, transformational programs in virtually every major industry group. She effectively partners with C-suite executives as well as front-line employees across all functions of the organization on strategic programs including post-merger integration, functional strategy and business process reengineering, ERP implementations and organizational change programs. Tammie has served global clients such as AOL, AT&T, Computer Associates, Cox Communications, Entergy, Raytheon, Ricoh, Sprint, Verizon, Yahoo and major healthcare facilities across the US. Tammie’s areas of expertise include Organizational Transformation, Organizational Design, Post Merger Integration, Executive Engagement, Communications, Culture Change, Talent Management, Training and Leadership Development. Prior to joining ISG, Tammie held senior consulting positions at TracePoint Consulting, KPIT Technology, and Philips Healthcare Consulting and achieved the Senior Executive level with Accenture. In addition, Tammie built an independent consulting practice. Prior to her consulting work, Tammie was an Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma and taught Leadership and Business Strategy courses in graduate business programs for the University of Georgia, Emory’s Goizueta School of Business, Georgia State University and the University of Innsbruck. Tammie has published articles and presented at numerous industry conferences around the globe.
